Description: The Statesboro -Bulloch County Parks and Recreation office will host a Dog Obedience Class for dogs up to 25 lbs on August 25-Oct 13 (Mondays only); for dogs 30 to 55 lbs on August 27-Oct 15 (Wednesdays only); and for dogs over 60 lbs on August 28-Oct 16 (Thursdays only) from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. There is also a class for all size dogs on August 26 - Oct 14 (Tuesdays only) from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. All classes are taught at the Honey Bowen Building. Cost is $60 for sheltered/rescued dogs and $85 for all others. Register by August 21. Call Alison Brown at 489-9059 for more information.
