Description: 11 and 11:30 am Perfect Little Planet Digistar 5 Full-Dome Planetarium Presentation K – Elementary age audience Imagine the ultimate space vacation! Discover our solar system through a new set of eyes – a family from another star system seeking the perfect vacation spot. Fly over the surface of the Dwarf Planet Pluto. Dive over the ice cliffs of Miranda. Sail through the icy rings of Saturn. Feel the lightning storms of Jupiter, and walk on the surface of Mars. Which destination would you choose? A solar system journey for space travelers of all ages! Produced by the Clark Planetarium, Salt Lake City, UT. All planetarium events are free and sponsored by the Department of Physics within the College of Science and Mathematics at Georgia Southern University. *Families only, no large school groups please *No strollers due to fire code *All children must be accompanied by an adult *No reservations, seating in order of arrival Parking is available in the open-gated faculty/staff parking lot to the left at the end of Herty Drive (from Fair Road/GA Hwy 67) The planetarium is in the Math/Physics Building, across on the other side of the parking gates between the Eidson House (Honors) and the older Biology Bldg.
