|Description:||10 and 10:30 am One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure Digistar 5 Full-Dome Planetarium Show Pre-K and younger audience Follow Sesame Street’s Big Bird and Elmo as they explore the night sky with Hu Hu Zhu, a Muppet from Zhima Jie, the Chinese co-production of Sesame Street. Together, they take an imaginary trip from Sesame Street to the Moon, where they discover how different it is from Earth. One World, One Sky is a brilliant spectacle of light and color as the furry friends watch the stars twinkle over Sesame Street. Children attending the show can interact as they watch, drawing constellations and counting the time it takes the sun to set. All planetarium events are free and sponsored by the Department of Physics within the College of Science and Mathematics at Georgia Southern University. *Families only, no large school groups please *No strollers due to fire code *All children must be accompanied by an adult *No reservations, seating in order of arrival Parking is available in the open-gated faculty/staff parking lot to the left at the end of Herty Drive (from Fair Road/GA Hwy 67) The planetarium is in the Math/Physics Building, across on the other side of the parking gates between the Eidson House (Honors) and the older Biology Bldg.
