Description: The Averitt Center will be hosting the LowCountry Turners from Savannah, Georgia. The LowCountry Turners are a group of local and regional artists who create functional and decorative wood turnings. The exhibit will include finely handcrafted pieces which demonstrate a variety of techniques and skills such as segmentation, hollow vessels, and surface embellishments.
