Description: When a person who has managed a household, held a job, and completed routine tasks becomes confused and seems unable to follow directions, you may wonder if they are developing a serious memory loss disease like Alzheimer's dementia. Ideas for dealing with repetitive speech/actions, inappropriate use of words, inability to understand written or oral instructions, word substitution and lack of word recall will be shared by the facilitator and the participants during the March 10, 2014 Alzheimer's Association support group meeting.
