Description: Do you enjoy the Friday night half time show by the marching bands? If so, Join us for an afternoon and evening of great entertainment from some of Southeast Georgia and South Carolina’s finest bands at the East Georgia Marching Band Festival and Championship on Saturday, October 6, 3-9 pm at Statesboro High School. Enjoy watching one of the Southeast’s best Marching Band Festivals featuring exhibition performances by the Statesboro High School Marching Band and Georgia Southern University’s Southern Pride Marching Band along with competition performances from small, medium, and large bands. The East Georgia Marching Band Festival is a GMEA sanctioned event. Mark your calendar…..Saturday, October 6, 4-9 pm, Womack Field, Statesboro High School. Admission is $7. Hope to see you there.
