Description: Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc, Lambda Pi Sigma Chapter of Statesboro, Georgia is holding an informational meeting for young ladies and their parents who are interested in learning more about the sorority's youth affiliate program known as the Rhoer. This informational meeting will be held Saturday Sept. 29, 2012 at 2pm at the Statesboro Regional Library Rhoer Club is an affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., consisting of middle and high school aged young ladies with high scholastic ambititons. Rhoer Club offers girls a positive experience designed to train girls to be leaders and to teach them values of self-respect and responisbility. The Rhoer Club became an affiliate group of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc, in December 1939 in New York City at the 14th international Boule.
