Description: WILLOW HILL Heritage Festival will be held Sept. 1 at Willow Hill School. A parade begins at 9 a.m. followed by a Prayer Breakfast at 10 a.m. Donation is $10. Activities from noon-8 p.m. include free health screenings and wellness information, a Primitive Baptist history exhibit, food and merchandise vendors, games and more. Guests include Dr. Thomas W. Samuels, president emeritus, historian of the National Black Primitive Baptist Convention, and Yvonne Hodges, concert vocalist.
