I am so excited. The Nutcracker starts Thursday night at the Emma Kelly Theater. This show will get you so pumped for the Holidays. The costumes are beautiful, the dancers are phenomenal and the sound system in the Emma Kelly theater is absolutely flawless.

I have a friend coming into town for the weekend and I hope he does not get disappointed by the show since I have told him how great it is. He is actually much to nice to let me know though if he does not like it. Scargo, are you going to be there? CB I will get you a ticket if you want to go. I think you need to get out of Sylvania some.

The show will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday so call 212-2787 if you do not have tickets. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Cathryn you will love it:

This annual ballet during the holidays has become the highlight of the season. Directed by the talented Shay Morgan and performed by Statesboro Youth Ballet, these local youth and professional dancers take you away to the magical world where Clara explores imaginary lands.

Appropriate for All Ages. What a wonderful way to introduce the whole family to ballet!

I agree. You will love this show. Last year was the first time my husband and I had gone to see it here in Statesboro. I had seen it in Savannah once. The talent we have here in this town is most impressive. It was as good or better than the one in Savannah!!

Scargo commented on Sunday, Nov 16, 2008 at 20:35 PM

Is that an invitation for me to let you buy my dinner? :)

We will be going to the SIB afterhours before hand with Connie but how about a little after the show appetizers and drinks? I'm buying.
