That is one of my favorite songs. Just today I was commenting to my husband how especially beautiful the leaves were. Even the Virginia Creeper grasping the pines is a beautiful red.

I was actually just thinking yesterday that the trees in the parking lot of the hospital were beautiful! The reds and oranges are so vibrant!

My oak tree by the driveway has the prettiest purple leaves , along with yellow/gold, but few red yet.

Yes the leaves are really pretty. I love the color dogwood leaves turn. I'm gonna comment on leaves from now and leave the politics to the smart people.
