The leaves are changing to beautiful shades of red, orange, and yellow. The lawns are now speckled with leaves alongside pumpkins, corn stalks, and homemade scare crows. As I see these sights it reminds of telling stories around bonfires, playing ring toss at a fall festival, and eating a slice of pumpkin pie that has been garnished with a generous dolop of whipped cream. These sights and sounds also remind me of the many years we've prepared for Thanksgiving. A season of reflecting on the many blessings from God in our lives. For me, these blessings include my faith, my family, and our good health. After all, these are the things that matter the most. Best regards...Tony Phillips
