Okay, it's late Tuesday night so forgive for this post in advance.

I have been flipping the channels trying to find something good to watch, and while there seem to be a few good programs on, there is also a lot of junk. I happened to stop on the newly added Disney Channel. On it is tween favorite "Hannah Montana," and I have to say I am amazed.

What an absolutely horrible show. Not just the acting, which I have to say is AWFUL, but the content of the program really disappoints me. I know I am probably reading way too much into this, but this is a television show that has captivated millions of young people...but it seems to have no good life lessons or any content of value.

I will admit I am not a regular viewer of the show, so I would love to know if anyone with children sees this the way I do, or if they have seen the positive sides of this show.

It is Disney's cash cow, so I am sure it will be around for a couple more years...

Just curious about this.

I have never seen Hannah Montana but if it is like the other teen shows it usually is all about wearing fashionable clothes, makeup, jewelery and teaches the children how to be cool and this gets the little girls to beg their moms to take them to the mall and buy stuff. The shows are about creating perfect little consumers.

Did anyone see the Labor Day special with Hannah and Raven? It was so awesome, they went to the mall, they shopped, they talked to cute boys, and sang songs. Then the zombies attacked and ate them.

Well that is what I wanted to see anyhow.
