Statesboro-Bulloch Park and Recreation will be offering a Dog's Manners class with Jacie’s Canine Academy throughout the summer. These classes will take your dog’s education to the next level. Off, leave it, settle, wait, properly greeting strangers (with/without dog), and turns are covered in this eight week class. Join the class and discover your dog’s true potential using the method of positive reinforcement. There are three classes offered at 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays beginning the week of June 23. These classes are open to dogs one year and older and the prices for the classes are $60 for rescued/sheltered dogs, GSU/OTC students and senior citizens or $85 for all others. Space is limited so be sure to save your spot before June 19 at the Honey-Bowen Building. For more information please contact Alison Brown at (912) 489-9059.

Good stuff, but...is this the right place for this announcement?

I'm sorry....it is my understanding that the blogs are for anyone and anything. I have also posted this in the events section, but thought someone from blogs might be interested.

sorry if I offended you or the blog section...

Didn't offend me! Just looked like an "event" and didn't see it listed in that space. Blogs to me are "web logs" for stuff like opinions, news comments and not announcements. Guess the blog police ultimately decide, huh?
