Take Me To Post Comment Form The 2008 baseball/softball season at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department has come to an end. To end out the season, we hosted a tournament for Minor Boys, Midget Boys and Midget Girls.

The Minor Boys tournament named the Ranco Tents Giants as it's Champion and the FunShirts Cardinals as Runnerups with a score of 7 to 4.

The Bulloch County Sheriff's Office/DARE Reds took the Championship in the Minor Boys League with 4 runs against the Express Tune and Lube Braves 2 runs.

In the Midget Girls tournament, The Hendrix Farms Riptide scored 5 points against the Bulloch County Dog Hunters Brakettes 3 to take the win.

We are proud of ALL of our players this season and hope to see them in the Baseball/Softball camp this summer; as well as, back as players in the 2009 baseball/softball season!
