INJURY NEWS

1.)Angels placed second baseman Howie Kendrick on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 14, with a strained hamstring.

Fantasy Outlook: He's a top-tier talent, but what does it matter if he can't stay on the field? The Angels will go with Maicer Izturis at second base for the next two weeks.

2.)Phillies star shortstop Jimmy Rollins will be available off the bench Saturday and should be in the lineup Sunday.

Fantasy Outlook: Rollins has missed nine games with a sprained left ankle. Keep an eye on his status this weekend before setting lineups for Week 4 (April 21-27). Rollins is a top Fantasy option when healthy for his ability to put stats up across the board.

WHO IS HOT AND NOT!!!!

HOT!!!

1.) Hanley Ramirez, Fla, SS Multiple hits in 7 of past 13 games.

2.) Chipper Jones, Atl, 3B Chipper healthy and on fire.

3.) Manny Ramirez, Bos, OF It's offical Manny is carrying the Red Sox offense with David Ortiz in a brutal slump, he has five homers and 18 RBI so far in April.

NOT!!!

1.) Ryan Braun, Mil, 3B .246 BA and .242 OBP come on Ryan. So far not what we expected from a 1st to 2nd round draft pick.

2.)Adam Dunn, Cin, OF Unlike softball, a walk is not as good as a hit in fatasy sports.

3.) Robinson Cano, NYY, 2B .167 start in 1st 17 games is a bad time for owners but a good time to make a trade for Mr. Cano.
