Hi,

What are your thoughts on Thursday's VP debate?

As I watched the debate Thursday night, I could not help but to remember something said to me years ago.

"When one is confident it is easier to stay cool, calm, and collected. When one is arrogant, it is not so easy." Thursday night was a great contrast between confidence and arrogance. The first time moderator did a-okay, much better than the moderator for the first Presidential debate.

Still, after having said all of this, it was a beauty contest as there was one question about world peace.

My thoughts on Thursday nights VP debate
were difficult for me to determine because of trying to separate the political style of the two men. I found it uncomfortable to watch Biden's continued pointing at the moderator for emphasis, facial expressions, fiesty attitude and constant interrupting. Thus, the way Biden "put on a show" prevented me from concentrating fully on points and/or facts .

Well, I didn't actually get to see all of the VP debate. However, seems to me that when President Obama was calm, cool and collected, people just said he was tired and unprepared. Just depends on your perspective, I guess. Personally, I would guess he's tired. He's the President, for God's sake...

I give the edge to Biden - but you don't vote for VP. Ryan consistently failed to put forth specifics on the Romney tax plan that will miraculously cut taxes by 20%, maintain current military spending, save Social Security and Medicare for seniors, and yet reduce the deficit.
