lol a lot of bed swappin and man sharin goin on over there and to make it so bad... Nobody cares enough to do something about it. I guess it won't be a problem until our county ends up like vidalia or hinesville... the blood drive was unsucessful because all the blood donated was contaminated with HIV... Hope it don't happen here

I have heard of Federal legislation that would make a felony when a "street walker" is arrested for 3rd time after being notified they are carriers of HIV. This doesn't make having the disease a crime; just spreading under circumstances that are known to be prevalent in transmission. There have been cases in courts in previous years and "damages" awarded in cases where HIV spread with malicious intent and was not overturned by higher court so is precedent(legal term look it up). The "Sinners for Disease Control" (just a pun know is Centers) have studied transmission and know that prostitutes knowlingly transmitting is major cause of spread. If you say it is nobodies business then consider that taxpayers fund Medicade/Medicare which cares/pays for many victims. If "Typhoid Marys" are allowed to spread with no concern for victims and devestation to famlies then this is worse that irresponbility on part of legal system. The current system notifies carriers but no action is taken to prevent them from taking other people down with them; perhaps the time has come. I tried to post this previously; so if double posting, please no grief.
