Take Me To Post Comment Form I thought contractors at GSU were supposed to provide their own labor and equipment. Well, maybe most buy not all. Seems like one contractor (a recentlly retired GSU employee) is an exception to the rule. When he needs a piece of equipment he doesn't have he uses GSU's and may even have a GSU employee bring it to where he is working as he is too sorry to go get it. When he needs extra help he uses GSU employees instead of hiring his own. How he got this contract within 3 weeks of retiring is beyond me. I just had to get this off my chest and feel better now.
