Your right god does love everybody but he does not love sin.He hate sin, so if you are commited to that sin you are living a sinfull life.If you don"t believe in God, you don"t have nothing to worry about.A lot of people want to sugar coat the truith,but I don"t God destroy a whole city read the bible you will see the truith stop listening to people you can"t have its both ways.

If God doesn't love sinners, then Heaven is a pretty empty place. He is forgiving, and more forgiving than most of us on this Earth.

Who cares what way a person swings in the bedroom. If they make positive contributions to society by helping their fellow neighbor, that is all that matters. There are numerous of gay people that give their time, money, and efforts to charity and their local community. I dare say, they are more giving than some straight people.

Let's focus on the bright side of humanity instead of trying to bring a certain group of people down. We have enough bad times to go around to everyone hundreds of times over.

We are made in God's image and some of his greatness is in us all. Let's focus on the positive energy and we will defeat the negatives.

I'm sure he has admitted many people who have never asked for forgiveness. That's the beauty of it all.

What exactly is the "Word of God" that the Bible says? What about all the scriptures that were set aside by the Council of Nicaea? Are those not God's words? And who chose the books that are included in the Bible? Which Bible, Jewish, Catholic, Protestant? Also, how many translations/versions of the Bible are there now? So I guess you can choose/change the Word, if you want to.
What I should have said was that I STRONGLY urge you not to "judge" in the place of God. It is not our place to judge others by God's law, since our understanding of His law is imperfect. I will judge them by man's law all day long, but I will not judge another by God's law. I am not God.
Lastly, I try to base my practice of Christianity on the methods of Christ Himself. I do not threaten or berate others about religion or with religion. I berate others about politics and law, but NEVER religion. I have the example of my life (sins and all) and the quiet witness of my experience with the Lord Jesus Christ. They can accept or not, I will not judge them or their sins.

Always amusing (and disheartening) to see "Christians (or Jews or Muslims)" cherry pick their respective religious tomes for those passages which support their views, while ignoring others.

And you are quite correct about the numerous editions, revisions, and versions of the Bible. Man decided the current version and what was included. And a lot of those decisions were politically and geographically motivated.

Where ARE they all coming from? I'm not trying to be offensive, but there are a lot of bigots in Statesboro, and most of them come at you with something akin to "I'm not a bigot, but.." as preface to whatever nincompoop thing flows out of their pie hole after the introductory clause. Call me old fashioned, but not making public statements on the Intertoob Machine that cast me as socially backward and rhetorically prehistoric is the way to go. I'm pretty sure I figured out where the gay factory is, eddie. If you go down 80 past the hate factory and make a left just over the hill, go down a ways across the creek past the forget-all-the-red-letters-in-the-bible church, take another right at the love-thy-neighbor incineration plant, then the gay factory is a the end of the road there.

It's really small though...more like a methlab than an actual factory, so it's easy to miss aside from the slightly over stylized sign. I would suggest google mapping it if you are seriously planning a crusade.
