"I'm wear'm my hat proud on the outside
while I'm dyin' on... the inside
know'n about you and not know'n what 'ta say.

My heart cain't take the shame.
Yeh,I know I'm most 'ta blame..
for your leav'n, and your... bein' gone today.

I took the long road, the WRONG road
and never made it back.
No I never... made it back home to you!

I'm stuck here in my self made hell
sittin' alone here blame'n myself
know'n just what it is that I..gotta do.

I'm gonna wear my ole hat proud
when I'm up on stage... SING'N to the crowd
while I'm dyin' on the inside this ole guitars, gonna play."

Good one Tea! Art, expressing how we feel has a way of clearing our minds and getting weight off our shoulders.

That it does Countyears. I gather the 55 years I've had and mix it in with people, conversations and situations and try to write things on a personal perspective as if I am that person.
Thanks for the reply!

Tea,

Thanks for the bittersweet inspiration!!!!

When an artist can take a less-positive experience and turn it into something beautiful - they have mastered the skill of artistry.

Focusing on positive things during our weaker moments - only makes us stronger.

"Rubble and Leaches"
April 24, 2012
Vile is the pile of rubble that if allowed to sit upon ones heart, leaches toward ones soul! As destructive as a twister ripping through a trailer, this impetious ugliness can thwart any goodness; rendering discontentment, discourse and of course disillusionment until one knows not what is real and not ...
