Not to sweet, not too hot just right. I love homemade and this sauce surpasses anything I have ever had and the sauce can be used for steaks, Cheese sticks Boston Butt Chicken, Ribs and more. I can t...ell you I plan to buy more from him in the future. Keith not only makes a fabulous sauce he is a real nice guy and has chosen to donate part of the proceeds of the sales of the sauce, to help the homeless which is another good reason to buy it.
