The answer is no, in my opinion. If a 14 year old commits a violent crime, he or she gets tried as AN ADULT. So the law views the 14 year old as an adult when they do a crime, but not when they want to love somebody?

It's not illegal for a father to kill his daoughter for besmirching the family honor by getting pregnent out of wedlock in Afghanistan, Yemen, and some other nations. Should we then allow this in America? According to your last statement, we should.
